Best Buds Lawn Care provides a range of residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in Palm Harbor, Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, trimming and edging, weed control, seasonal cleanup, fertilization support, turf care, yard upkeep, plant bed maintenance, and general landscape maintenance aimed at improving property aesthetics and health.

2. Service Agreements and Scheduling

• All services are subject to a formal agreement or quote provided by Best Buds Lawn Care, outlining the scope of work, frequency, and cost.
• Scheduling of services will be mutually agreed upon. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunction. We will endeavor to provide timely notice of any changes.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible and free of obstructions (e.g., toys, pet waste, loose hoses) prior to our arrival. Additional charges may apply if our team needs to clear the area, or service may be delayed/rescheduled.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or quote.
• Invoices are typically issued after services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon for projects requiring a deposit.
• Late payments may incur a late fee as specified in your service agreement.
• We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and outlining any specific concerns or requirements regarding their landscaping.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all gates are unlocked and pets are secured before our team arrives for scheduled service.
• Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported to Best Buds Lawn Care within 24 hours of service completion to allow for timely resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Best Buds Lawn Care strives to provide excellent service and take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property during the provision of our services. However, Best Buds Lawn Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, or any damages to property outside the scope of our direct service and reasonable control. This includes sprinkler heads not properly marked, underground wires, or other items not visible or specifically communicated by the client.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
• Best Buds Lawn Care reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, repeated cancellations, or any conduct deemed abusive or unsafe towards our personnel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is the property of Best Buds Lawn Care and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law
